INFORMATION FOR YOUR EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (In groups/ teams/ studios etc not individual personal photos)

Students/team members are scheduled to have both group and individual photos taken. A group photo will be taken first all students/team members should arrive 15 mins early and check in. Parents will then fill out the contact form with a representative of OnFocus Memories. A scheduled time slot will be given to child in the order of registration for each student. Each time slot is 10 to maximum 15 minutes. If your number is called and you are not present your child will be skipped and placed next in line.

Images will be edited and proofed and sent to the email you provided on your contact form within a two week time frame.

Once you receive and review your proofs, Fill out the order form that came in your registration package and send it in Before the order due date to the location your photos were taken at. ( if you have lost your order form or pricing information sheet they can be found on the OnFocus Memories website under the services / forms selection they are in pdf form for printing). Delivery will be made after signing and returning the order form and OnFocus memories receives full payment.

Payment can be made in the form of cash/ cheque or email transfer. All orders by cheque are

held until cheque clears and any NSF funds will come with a $25.00 fee added to order total

Cheques are made out to ("photographers name " of OnFocus Memories)

*Pending company and activity "management/couch or instructor etc" will be charged a booking fee which coincides with the amount of * "students/ team members etc"

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER;

• Orders are not refundable but retakes under certain circumstances are always something up for discussion! If you are not satisfied neither are we!

• Payment is due at time of ordering

• Late orders are subject to a late charge of $5.00

• NSF from cheques will come with a 25.00 fee added to order total

• Orders are not processed until payment is received in full

• Orders are processed and delivered in approx. 4-6 weeks. Delivery is given via private online folder for digital copies. Print packages are delivered thru mail or via pick up with event coordinators/ supervisors for activities and events
